Another school year, come and gone.
We spent a week in Chicago at the end of June. Sarah and Emily rode in a golf cart, served as flower girls in a wedding, ate a lot, and slept very little.
We spent a day in Chicago at the Children's Museum, played in the fountains at Milennium Park and enjoyed a picnic with Kai and his family. Tim and I spent one day alone, and on the way back home, we stopped at Uncle Jeff and Aunt Deb's house for the night.
Emily broke a quail egg at the grocery store last Sunday.
I'm driving the girls up to Pennsylvania on Saturday for 4 days at camp. Emily is concerned that the kids in her cabin will snore loudly. I think she should worry about rabid black bears and missing her parents.
